In the spirit of giving we will also be raising funds to help a local family in need.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Annual Oyster Roast, a cherished tradition that began as a way to support a White Oak Equipment employee battling cancer. Over the decades, it has evolved into a heartfelt event dedicated to helping those in need. Since acquiring White Oak in 2019, McClung-Logan has proudly continued this legacy.

This year’s event honors Nikolas “Niko” Curtis, a spirited 9-year-old who was recently diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare bone cancer. Despite his diagnosis, Niko remains brave and optimistic as he undergoes chemotherapy and radiation to fight an inoperable tumor near his spine.

Proceeds from the event will help cover Niko’s medical treatments and support his family during this challenging time.
