Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a McClung-Logan Service Technician, you will:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment.
Use advanced tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent; technical school or certification preferred.
Proven experience as a service technician, preferably with heavy equipment or related machinery.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
