Turn Your Production Up to 11: Introducing the New Takeuchi TL11R3 Track Loader

Takeuchi officially introduced its TL11R3 compact track loader on August 1, 2025—the sixth model in its legendary track loader lineup and their first fitted with electric-over-hydraulic (EH) controls, ushering in a new era of precision, productivity and customization on the jobsite

Power and Performance You Can Feel

The TL11R3 packs serious capability into an 11,650 lb operating-weight machine (11,980 lb in the cab version), powered by a reliable Kubota V3800‑TIE5B engine that delivers 107.3 horsepower at 2,400 rpm and 271.4 ft‑lb torque at 1,500 rpm. With a tipping load of 7,825 lb, rated operating capacity of 2,735 lb, and 7,958 lb bucket breakout force, the radial-lift TL11R3 is designed to tackle grading, dirt work, trench backfilling, and land clearing with unmatched authority.

Choose between standard-flow and high-flow configurations, with high-flow models offering up to 40 gallon per minute auxiliary hydraulic flow for attachments like mulchers, cold planers, or stump grinders. The machine also includes 23.1 gpm primary and secondary circuits in standard flow.

Revolutionary Control with EH Joysticks

Takeuchi’s first EH‑controlled CTL (Compact Track Loader) changes operator expectations. The smooth, low‑effort joystick control lowers fatigue while boosting accuracy, making it ideal for tight utility jobs or fine grading. Operators can instantly toggle between ISO and H joystick patterns via the touchscreen—no hardware switches needed.

On‑the‑fly sensitivity adjustment for boom, bucket and travel lets operators fine‑tune response to suit individual work styles or job conditions. A steering drift adjustment helps maintain straight-line travel over utility runs or uneven terrain. Plus, the optional self-level up/down function keeps the bucket or implement angle consistent while raising or lowering—minimizing spillover, rework, and operator corrections. The TL11R3 has the customization you need to perform your best.

Operator Comfort & Jobsite Smarts

Takeuchi redesigned the TL11R3’s operator station around comfort and convenience. The tilt-up cab swings open for easier service access and maintains visibility even with the roll-up door open. A six-way adjustable suspension seat, generous headroom, ROPS/FOPS protection, cushy climate controls, and Bluetooth radio make long shifts easier and more productive.

Central to the modern layout is an 8‑inch touchscreen display that integrates rearview or 270° camera feed (standard on high-flow, optional on standard flow), climate controls, Bluetooth audio, and jobsite data. A keyless push-button start with passcode protection reduces downtime and improves rig security (no lost or compromised keys).

Built Tough, Easy to Service

Underneath its modern cab, the TL11R3 is all heavy-duty steel—including undercarriage components engineered for durability and low cost of ownership. The new undercarriage uses double-flanged front idlers, sealed rollers with metal seals, slip detection, creep mode, speed-sensitive ride control, and dual‑speed travel with 17.7‑inch rubber tracks The TL11R3 is durable at its core so you can focus on the job at hand.

Takeuchi Fleet Management (TFM) telematics comes standard for five years, allowing fleet managers to access remote diagnostics, machine utilization tracking, geofencing, and maintenance scheduling tools—helping protect uptime and extend machine life.

Service access is also improved with a tilt-up cab, heavy-duty rear door, and swing-out cooling modules for easy cleaning, filter changes, and inspection.

A Great Fit in any Fleet

At 11,650 lb and 107 hp, the TL11R3 fills the gap between Takeuchi’s smaller TL10V2 (74 hp) and larger TL12R2/TL12V2 (111 hp) models—bridging capability while maximizing efficiency in a midsize footprint. With breakout forces near 8,000 lb, and rated operating capacity exceeding 2,700 lb, it’s engineered to handle heavy-duty attachments and utility, paving, and dirt‑moving applications with ease.

In a competitive era of smart, high-efficiency compact track loaders, the Takeuchi TL11R3 stands out as a major leap forward. With its new EH joystick system, powerful radial-lift architecture, advanced hydraulic flow, plush operator environment, and built-in fleet management, the TL11R3 is precision-oriented and heavy-duty capable.

For contractors, utility workers, landscapers, and site-prep crews, this machine offers intuitive ergonomics, adaptable control, and the grunt needed for serious attachments—all backed by a proven manufacturer. Whether you’re looking to reduce operator fatigue over long periods of time or need breakout power and high-flow hydraulic support, the TL11R3 is the ideal mid‑sized CTL that will elevate your productivity.
